Certificate of Valuation
Purchases from our Collections will be valued by an Independent Registered Valuer who will list gold caratage, diamond quality and diamond size. This information will appear on a Certificate of Valuation with a suggested replacement retail cost for insurance purposes.

Bespoke pieces will be valued at an additional cost. Prices start at GBP22.00.

Hallmark
Each piece is stamped with the Sheffield Assay Office Hallmark, defining gold quality. Each piece will also be stamped with the egemz Hallmark of distinction.

Warranty
egemz jewellery is guaranteed to be free of defects of design, material and workmanship at the time of supplying to you and for the subsequent period of twelve (12) months. If the jewellery proves defective under normal use due to a defect of design, material or workmanship we will repair or replace the piece at our discretion.

Upgrades
When you decide to upgrade your diamond jewellery we will credit up to the total cost of the original piece(s).

Exclusive to You
The egemz jewellery collections on this web site are sold direct to you from our workshop.

Diamond Preferences
You can choose to have these jewellery pieces made in superior or inferior quality diamonds to those stated, and in larger or smaller sizes (1 or 2 pts can make quite a difference to the price). We will quote a price per item upon request. quotations@egemz.com
